I even got the Award Plaque from the Guinness Peeps for him to pose with...you may've seen me very sweaty sporting a bright orange SYTYCD headband with discoball keychains dangling from the arms of my sunglasses on a recent Fox broadcast.

3rd pic was after we asked Jason Castro if he was mouthing the words "Don't Vote" as Seacrest gave his Vote Numbers in his final week (4th runner up) because he was afraid his "short term memory" couldn't learn the 3 new songs required if he was to continued...He acknowledged the stereotypes that come with dreads & a laid back delivery, as well as the assumptions that America & the media have been buzzin about...but wanted to assure us...he has NEVER smoked the giggleygreen EVER & was mouthing "VOTE VOTE" (after botching the lyrics & kinda bumble'n thru his last 2 songs...he did Bob Marley followed by Bob Dylan...hmmm...After the smoke cleared on that subject we asked him what we could expect in the BIG 2 night Idol Finale. He replied SLOWLY (ala Fast Time's Jeff Spiccoli) "...um...dancin...a lotta dancin'...and I sing...yeah, a solo...which is cool...." to which we jut had to ask...one last time..."are u sure you don't smoke weeeed?"
Freddy's Angels: Brooke White, Carly Smithson, FF, Kristie Lee Cooke & (11th runner up, who doesn't get to go on the Idol Tour, rock-n-roll Nurse with the skunky hair-do) Amanda Overmeyer.
After that we went to a private idol soiree at The Edison, a very funky, multi level, antiquey vibed nightspot where ALL the Idol Alumnae from seasons past MIXED & mingled as Season 5 heartthrob Ace Young performed on stage...(he really mangled an Aerosmith cover tune which hurt us as Bostonians...crowd included: Melinda Doolittle (Last season's big voiced, small necked 3rd runner up), Lakeisha Jones, Bo Bice, Gina Glocksen and countless other top 10ers from season's past, whose faces & voices you may remember but names you probably won't...oh and poor Justin Guarini, who was the runner up to America's first Idol, Kelly Clarkson. He still looks like the Lenny Kravitz/Sideshow Bob (The Simpson's) Love Child we all recall. God Bless him - he was in good spirits, talkin up his "new album".
I was as thankful & psyched to be there, tonight with Erin; as America gets set to crown our newest singing king...as I was back then in "the Dunkleman Days"... & i've got the pics to prove it all...way to many to send right now...ok..maybe just 1 more of me & Kelly.
Saw the contenders, the 2 David's (Cooke & Auchuletta) briefly today, but Fox is ushering them around as if they were the pope(s)...Don't you worry, I'll get'm both!!! I think we'll have a chance to chat up The Judges too...hey hey hey Paula... Yesssssssss!
